Thursday, July 15

  • Head over to the Thorntown Public Library for the Incredible Edible Landfill program at 2 p.m.
  • Shop local meat, produce, and artisan items at the Whitestown Farmers’ Market from 5 – 8 p.m. at Main Street Park.
  • Join other volunteers to keep the Pleasant Acres Nature Park flower beds looking good. Bring trowels & gloves. Meet at the park in Jamestown at 6 p.m.
  • Enjoy Barns N’ Brews at Maplelawn Farmstead in Zionsville beginning at 6:30 p.m. Take Flight Wildlife Education will present on the birds of prey found in agricultural areas and their life history. Advance sales only. $14.50 pp. Ages 21+
  • Take in the play Doubt, an inspired study in moral uncertainty with the compelling certain structure of an old-fashioned detective drama, at Center Stage Community Theatre in Lebanon. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. $13-16 pp

Friday, July 16

  • Meet new friends at the CICOA Senior Luncheon at the Thorntown Library – Room 116 at 11:30 a.m.
  • Go back in time as you explore The Escape Trail at Dull’s Tree Farm in Mechanicsburg. $12-$20 pp (Friday & Saturday)
  • Cancelled due to weather: Enjoy the Car Cruise-In & Music on the Plaza in downtown Lebanon from 6 – 8 p.m. Featured musicians are Fast Cadillac.
  • Join in a game of Friday Night Magic at Friendly City Games in Lebanon starting at 6:15 p.m. $5 entry fee.
  • Sing along during Lip Sync Battle, a tongue-in-cheek fun evening of performances by local business owners and well known community members. The event will be held at Village Park in Zionsville and begins at 7 p.m. $20 pp

  • Head to Mechanicsburg to watch a movie “old school style” at Mel’s at the Starlite Drive-In. Box office opens at 7:30 p.m. $25 a carload

Saturday, July 17

  • Purchase locally grown produce, plants, foods, coffee and tea, breads and pastries, pasta, peanut butter, eggs, and meats at the Zionsville Farmers’ Market from 8 – 11:30 a.m. between Pine & Hawthorne Streets in downtown Zionsville.
  • Join Blooming Life Yoga for Free Community Yoga at Lions Park in Zionsville at 9 a.m.
  • Take home some treasures from the Tru-Finds Flea Market in Lebanon from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Take the kids to the Boone County 4-H Fair in Lebanon from July 17 – July 23.
  • Stock up at the Wisewood Farm Produce Stand at Donaldson’s Finer Chocolates in Lebanon  from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and then pick up a sweet treat for the trip home.
  • Visit the Heritage Museum and learn about the history of Thorntown from 11 – 4 p.m. or check out the art exhibitions and gift shop at Sugar Creek Art Center in Thorntown between 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Books & Brews in Zionsville beginning at 11 a.m. Live music at 7 p.m.
  • Meet The Artist: Jackson Mahaney at SullivanMunce Cultural Center in Zionsville from 12 – 2 p.m.
  • Take an afternoon hike and explore Your Backyard World at the Zionsvile Nature Center beginning at 2 p.m. Be sure to pre-register.
  • Get dirty during the Outlaw Mud Bog at the Boone County Fairgrounds in Lebanon beginning at 5 p.m.
  • Create a summer-themed piece of art and enjoy a glass of wine during Wine & Canvas at The Craft Room in Lebanon beginning at 6 p.m. Be sure to register! $25 pp
  • Watch a new queen be crowned during the 2021 Miss Boone County Contest at the Boone County Fairgrounds beginning at 7 p.m.

  • Head over to Tom Johnson Memorial Park in Thorntown for Movies in the Park. Bingo & games begin at 8 p.m. with the movie “Minions” beginning at 9:15 p.m. Be sure to bring a blanket, lawn chairs, sodas & bug spray!

Sunday, July 18

  • Check out the Boone County 4-H Fair. Today’s activities include 4-H projects, calf, beef & goat shows, live music, a car show cruise-in, inflatables, great fair food and more!
  • Head over to the ARC Park in Advance and watch Off-Road Club Racing on the RC (Remote Control) track. Racing begins at 10:30 a.m.
  • Take in the play Doubt, an inspired study in moral uncertainty with the compelling certain structure of an old-fashioned detective drama, at Center Stage Community Theatre in Lebanon. The show begins at 2:30 p.m. $13-16 pp
  • Bring the kids to Touch at Truck at the Boone County 4-H Fair in Lebanon from 3 – 6 p.m.
  • Meet up with fellow Jeep lovers during the Jeep Meet N Greet at That Sports Bar in Lebanon from 3 – 7 p.m.
  • Enjoy the Sunday Summer Concert featuring GMH Jazz Orchestra at Lions Park in Zionsville beginning at 7 p.m.
