Lebanon, Ind. – The Boone County Economic Development Corporation (Boone EDC) is accepting nominations for its Community Impact Award.

“The purpose of the Boone EDC Community Impact Award is to recognize a for-profit company that has made significant contributions to the well-being of Boone County through its philanthropic efforts,” said Boone EDC Executive Director Molly Whitehead.

To qualify for consideration as a nominee, the company must be located in Boone County.

Nominees will be judged on their community impact based on:

  • Enhancement of Boone County’s image
  • Community leadership
  • Civic involvement and volunteerism

Nominations can be submitted online here. The deadline is December 7.

Final selection of the award winner will be made by the Boone EDC and announced at the annual meeting on January 15, 2019.
