Watch Us Farm represents a simple idea and mission: to provide adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities the opportunity to live, learn and work on a community-integrated farm.

Recognizing limited job options after high school, the goals of Watch Us Farm are to provide a positive, safe, secure and nurturing environment for adults with disabilities and to develop meaningful individualized job skills while building independence, friendships and a sense of belonging.

Watch Us Farm recognizes an urgent and overwhelmingly compelling need to create full-service, self-sustaining communities for adults with special needs in Indiana.
