Brock Hesler, a lifelong Boone County resident, will serve as president of the Boone EDC Board of Directors in 2018.

Lebanon, Ind. – The Boone County Economic Development Corporation has announced its new slate of officers for 2018 and that Brock Hesler will serve as president of the Board of Directors in 2018. Hesler, a lifelong Boone County resident, is the director of membership for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

“Brock’s experience and expertise will be invaluable in helping us attract businesses to Boone County,” said Boone EDC Executive Director Molly Whitehead.

Prior to joining the Indiana Chamber, Hesler worked six years for Witham Health Services in Lebanon as executive director of the Witham Health Services Foundation. He has served on the Boone EDC Board of Directors for the last nine years.

“I am honored by the opportunity to lead the Boone EDC Board of Directors,” said Hesler. “As a native of Boone County, I want to see our community flourish and look forward to working with our municipalities to accomplish that.”

Joining Hesler on the Boone EDC Executive Committee are returning directors Jamie Ford-Bowers, Vice President, of HWC Engineering and Mark Blade, Treasurer, of Milestone Contractors.  New to the executive committee are:

  • Steve Bardoczi, Secretary, of Witham Health Services
  • Brian Anderson, At-Large, of Wabash Valley Power Association
  • Lee Ann Balta, At-Large, of Century 21 Scheetz
