Stepping into the role of President is Shane Conner, an esteemed figure in the electrical industry known for his professional excellence and extensive engagement in youth sports and community initiatives. Assisting as Vice President is Adam Owens, the President and Chief Executive Officer of RLTurner Corporation, whose rapid career progression mirrors his fervor for automobiles and dedication to fatherhood.

Corey Kutz, recognized for his commitment to Lebanon’s growth and development, now serves as Secretary and Treasurer, bringing a wealth of community involvement to the board. Meanwhile, Rick Isenhower joins the board as a distinguished member, contributing his valuable insights and expertise.

Rick Isenhower, the former board president, a fourth-generation farmer rooted in Boone County, and presently serving as the Vice President specializing in commercial and agricultural lending at First Farmers Bank & Trust.

Kelly Braverman, President and CEO of Witham Health Services with over two decades of healthcare expertise, recognized for her exemplary leadership in healthcare and commitment to community welfare.
