  • Join the Toddler Trek at Turkey Foot Park in Zionsville at 10 a.m. to play, explore, and watch the season change. Dress for the weather and be prepared to get moving!
  • Bring the kids to Animal Tales: Raccoons and Ripe Corn at the Tri-Area Library in Jamestown. beginning at 3 p.m. Call the Tri-Area Library at (765) 676-6190 to reserve your spot.
  • Decorate some sweet treats during the Cookie Decorating Class at Hopwood Cellars Winery in Zionsville. $50 per person.
  • Participate in the Lebanon Public Library’s first downtown Story Stroll! Start at the library for Stop #1. Each stop will tell you what downtown business window to go to next to continue the story!
  • Donate your gently used or new coats to the 2020 Coat Drive. Drop off your donations at Royal Cleaners in Lebanon for cleaning. All coats will be donated to The Caring Center to keep our neighbors warm this winter. The coat drive runs through October 16.

  • Save a life at the Jamestown Christian Church Blood Drive from 8 – 11:30 a.m. Schedule an appointment here.
  • Kick off your weekend at Dull’s Pumpkin Harvest in Mechanicsburg from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Enjoy pumpkin picking, big slides, slingshots, tire mountain, corn maze, wagon ride, barrel train, the corn maze and 30 plus other activities for your family to enjoy! Timed entrance tickets must be purchased in advance. $9 – 12 per person / 2 and under free.
  • Peruse the Sugar Creek Art Center’s First Thursday Exhibition: INFiber Color Explosion by quilters of Boone County from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Grab a pencil and paper and join in Saturday Scribbles with Hussey Mayfield Public Library. This is a casual art tutorial series where you can learn techniques from character design to zentangle patterns. Each Saturday a new tutorial will be posted at 11 a.m.
  • Learn about Remote Control cars at the RC Crawlers Meet Up at Abner Longley Park in Lebanon beginning at 11 a.m.
  • Enjoy Augtoberfest, the Heart of Lebanon’s  Bavarian-themed Beer Fest, held around Lebanon’s beautiful downtown square from 5 – 10 p.m. There will be live music, food and frosty brews! $5 – $20 per person. Limited tickets available and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
  • Support the Lebanon High School Tiger Pride Marching Band by attending their FREE Community Performance at the LHS Football field. The show begins at 7 p.m.

Sunday, October 11

  • Bring the family for food, fun and table top games at Books & Brews in Zionsville from 12 – 8 p.m. Kids eat free!
  • Find your perfect pumpkin at WiseWood U Pick Pumpkins in Lebanon from 12:30 – 8 p.m.

  • Bring back balance to your mind/body/soul during the free Community Yoga Class at the Indiana Yoga Studio in Lebanon. Be sure to register online for this 5 p.m. class.

  • Save a life by donating blood at the Boone EDC Mobile Blood Drive in Lebanon on October 20 from 2 – 6 p.m.
  • Support the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County at the annual Z-Gravy Chase in Zionsville on November 26. Virtual and In-Person registration is available.
