Big Games

Big Fun for the entire community 

 

 

 

 

The Boone County Economic Development Corporation is excited to bring Big Games to Boone County, Indiana in an effort to provide a quality of life activity that will engage community members of all ages in fun, family-friendly games.

Boone County communities, school corporations and businesses are able to check out the games on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Who Can Use the Big Games Loan Closet?

The Boone EDC Big Games are available for loan to our:

  • Partner Municipalities, including Parks Departments
  • Boone County businesses & non profit organizations
  • Boone County School Corporations

 

 

How do I reserve the Big Games?
 

The Big Games will be available on a first come, first served basis. Complete the form below to request a reservation.

 

Is there a fee?

 

The games are free for partner municipalities (including Parks Departments), Boone County businesses, and Boone County School Corporations.

 

How many days can I borrow the Big Games?

 

Games can be reserved for three consecutive days. If more days are needed, please contact Amy.

What are the guidelines?

Games should be used for Boone County events only.

Pick up and return games at the agreed upon day/time between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 2030 Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon, Indiana.

When picking up games, a credit card must be provided and will be kept on file with the Boone EDC.

Big Games area must always be staffed by a responsible person designated by the municipality/business/school.

A check list will be provided detailing each game. Be sure to complete the post-event questionnaire.

All games should be returned in the condition in which they were received.

The following replacement fees will be accessed if games are returned damaged or missing pieces:

  • Giant Tumbling Timbers – $180
  • Giant 4 In A Row – $215
  • Giant Checkers – $250

Big Games Reservation Inquiry

  • The borrower agrees that the above described equipment: (1) Will be properly cared for and Boone EDC will be notified of damage or missing parts. (2) Will not be loaned to another organization/individual. (3) Shall be returned in the same condition as received, or borrower will pay for the replacement cost (see replacement costs in guidelines). Equipment must be returned within three (3) days. If needed longer, Boone EDC must be contacted for approval. (4) The borrower, in connection with the use of specified equipment, has agreed to release and indemnify Boone County EDC from any and all claims arising from or in any way connected to its use.
