Business & Brewskies

Join the Boone County Economic Development Corporation for Business and Brewskies on Thursday, February 8 from 6-8 p.m. at Moontown Brewing Company in Whitestown. This event is an opportunity for small business owners and entrepreneurs in Boone County to network amongst each other and hear from an expert about a relevant topic related to small business.

Doug Boehme, Regional Director of the Central Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC), will share about free resources small business owners can utilize. As a seasoned business professional, Doug has achieved success in a variety of positions with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to privately held firms to business ownership. Though the bulk of his career has been devoted to business development and executive leadership in the technology world, he also has an extensive background in the intermediary and consulting fields. Doug has coached many business owners with their strategic planning, exit strategies, and marketing programs, as well as advised entrepreneurs through the start-up phases of market feasibility, business plan development, and financing.

The event is open to small business owners and entrepreneurs in Boone County. Boone EDC members receive free admission (email Ben at bworrell@booneedc.org). The cost for non-members is $5 per person.
