  • Join a Naturalist for a hike to see who is fluttering around at the Monthly Bird Hike at Elm Street Green in Zionsville beginning at 8:30 a.m.
  • Explore the Gallery Exhibition from the historical collection at SullivanMunce Cultural Center in Zionsville from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Bring the little ones to Story Time at the Lebanon Public Library beginning at 10:30 a.m.
  • Meet new friends at the CICOA Senior Luncheon at the Thorntown Library – Room 116 at 11:30 a.m.
  • Support the Lebanon High School FFA by attending their annual FFA Fish Fry at Lebanon High School from 5- 7 p.m. Dinner includes all you can eat fresh fish & chicken, chips and coleslaw. $7 – $12 pp
  • Bundle up and gather your family and friends – even the four-legged ones – and experience winter’s beauty by candlelight during the Luminary Walk at Elm Street Green in Zionsville from 6 – 8 p.m.
  • Join in a game of Friday Night Magic at Friendly City Games in Lebanon starting at 6:15 p.m. $5 entry fee.

Saturday, December 4

  • Shop Small throughout the Holiday Season in Jamestown, Lebanon, Thorntown, Whitestown & Zionsville.
  • Bring the kiddos to Breakfast with Santa at Arni’s of Lebanon between 8 – 10 a.m. Free will donation. Proceeds benefit Kappa Delta Phi’s Christmas Basket Program.
  • Enjoy Breakfast with Santa at the Advance Volunteer Fire Department from 9 – 11 a.m.
  • It’s Newfoundland Day at Dull’s Tree Farm in Mechanicsbrug. The Southcentral Newfoundland Dog Club is back to pull your cut tree up from the field. Dull’s Tree Farm is open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Stop in for some hot chocolate and cookies at Christmas in the Cabin at Lebanon Memorial Park from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Santa and Mrs Claus will be in the Herr Cabin and you can register for a carriage ride around the park.
  • Learn how to make fishing flys during the Beginning Fly Tying class at Moving Waters Outfitters in Zionsville beginning at 10 a.m. RSVP required. Call the shop 317.733.3014 or email info@mwoutfitters.com for this free class.
  • Get into the holiday spirit during the Holiday Home Tour from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. It will feature six decorated homes in Zionsville and Zionsville Show Choir students performing their favorite Holiday songs. $20 pp
  • Shop local at Whiskerfest, a Holiday Craft and Vendor Show to support the Humane Society for Boone County and our friends at The Arc of Greater Boone County. It will be held at the Indianapolis Care Exchange in Whitestown from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Pet Photos with Santa available from 12 – 4 p.m.
  • Shop and dine at charming Zionsville shops and restaurants during Christmas in the Village. Santa’s in the House from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • Join in a creative afternoon Holiday Craft & Canvas at Books & Brews in Zionsville beginning at 12 p.m. Advance tickets required. $30 pp
  • Enjoy a hot chocolate and visit with Santa & Mrs. Claus at the VFW Post 910 in Lebanon from 1 – 4 p.m. Photos available for a $10 donation.
  • Join a naturalist for a Winter Scavenger Hunt at Zion Nature Sancutary in Zionsville beginning at 2 p.m. Registration required.
  • Enjoy a glass of wine and live music at Hopwood Winery & Distillery in Zionsville from 2 – 4 p.m.
  • Create a unique Christmas ornament at The Craft Room by Samson Leather in Lebanon from 4 – 8 p.m. $8 pp
  • Experience Christmas on the Square and The Sweet Market under the lights in downtown Lebanon from 4 – 8 p.m. There will be sweet treats, a kids play area, crafts, live reindeer, performances on the street and in the courthouse rotunda, tree lighting ceremony. At 6 p.m. view the Lebanon Parks and Recreation Christmas Light Parade and then visit with Santa.

Sunday, December 5

  • Be entertained during DECA’s Kick Off to the Holidays variety show at Lebanon High School beginning at 3 p.m. It will feature many different talents, including bands, comedy skits, lyra, and more. $10 pp
