Highlights of Phase I:

  • 190-acre development at the southwest quadrant of I-65 and SR 47
  • New Merritt Contracting, Inc. headquarters
  • Shelby Materials’ debut Boone County location
  • Establishment of a natural Spring Creek buffer zone to distinguish technical services from commercial and residential areas
  • Retention of approximately 150 jobs with a combined payroll of around $11.5 million
